Start in South Beach

The beach around 11th and 12th streets is a longstanding LGBTQ+ gathering spot, marked by a rainbow-painted lifeguard tower. From there, explore Ocean Drive and the Beachwalk. For an evening out, the local tourism guide points visitors toward Palace for drag entertainment and Twist for dancing. Treat listings as ideas, not a fixed itinerary.

Find community beyond the beachfront

Wynwood adds street art and queer-oriented dining to a trip centered on South Beach. For a connection beyond tourism, Pridelines has a community center on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach and describes programs serving people across generations. Miami Beach Pride’s organizer lists its next festival dates as April 10–11, 2027; its 2026 edition is historical, not an upcoming event.
